What do the four roles mean?+
Owners and Admins manage the space, Members do the day-to-day work, and Viewers can look but not touch. Roles are per space, so the same person can be an Admin in one space and a Viewer in another.
Can we hide specific rooms?+
Yes. Per-room visibility lets any room be open to everyone in the space or restricted to certain people. It's how you keep a leadership check-in or sensitive doc room private without building a whole separate space.
